Investigate a methodology acceptable to the proposed NCOS (National Carbon Reduction Scheme) for Urisino and Australian rangeland in general. It is proposed to licence this methodology to the millions of hectares of eligible rangeland and collect a royalty payment.

Investigate the connection between dust storms in Sydney and deforestation in the Far West of NSW. If rangeland can be reforested and better managed these dust storms could be reduced significantly. $160,000.00
- Investigate the Paroo River frontage for wildlife habitat and possible tourist nature reserve. Unique bird habitats exist in this area that attract many rare and endangered species. The Paroo is the last undammed river in the Murray Darling water system, runs through the property and drains into the Nocoleche nature reserve, 20 km to the south. $80,000.00

Hot Rocks, part of the land is situated over a hot rocks area, one of only 60 or so in Australia. What makes this site unique is its proximity to the grid. Selling renewable energy to power companies will constitute 20% of power consumption by 2020.
